Welcome To Ascencia

Ascencia has provided housing and services to over 12,000 homeless individuals and families since 2006.  Our Access Center located at 1851 Tyburn Street in Glendale, CA is the heart of our organization. Our soul is the thousands of volunteers, donors, and sponsors that enable our work. 

From the guest chefs who prepare and serve hot meals to our homeless families and adults to the generous corporations, organizations, and individuals who give to keep our doors open, we thank you. Join us in lifting up our community.

What We Do

Ascencia provides a range of housing and programs to lift people out of homelessness. It all starts with our Access Center – the first stop for getting help in Glendale, Burbank and Northeast Los Angeles. Programs and Services

From street outreach to permanent housing we are there every step of the way. Get a virtual tour of our emergency shelter and learn about the ways we serve our community.

Covid Response

The health and safety the at risk families we serve, the men, women, and children in our shelter, and our staff of essential workers is our priority now more than ever.  Rise up in helping us meet this new challenge.
